Pack your Nixon product in a safe and secure box.
Attach the prepaid return label included in your original shipment to the outside of your return box and drop it off at any UPS Shipping Center. If you've misplaced your return shipping label, please contact us and we will sort you out with a new one.
Once your package has been received at Nixon, an email notification will be sent to you to confirm that we have your return. We'll follow up with another email once your refund has been processed.
Note: Returns must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns will be processed within 5 business days.

Nixon custom watches cannot be exchanged or refunded. Custom watches can be returned as a warranty claim, for defects in materials or workmanship, under the Mission Warranty Policy.

How To Measure +

Neck Circumference:
Measure around the base of your neck. Make sure to keep the measuring tape loose.

Chest Circumference:
With your arms relaxed at your side, measure around the fullest part of your chest (this is just below your armpit).

Sleeve Length:
With your arm slightly bent, measure from the center of your neck to your shoulder, and then down to your wrist.

Material

30% cotton, 30% recycled cotton, and 40% recycled Poly RPET.REPREVE® fabric uses plastic bottles destined for landfills to provide the raw RPET material to use for their high-performance polyester. The fabric provides excellent wicking, dirt resistance, and durability.
