Belts are measured from buckle fold to the middle or 4th prong hole.
*Hint: If you can’t find a tape measure, use string and a ruler.

- Pack your Nixon product in a safe and secure box.
- Attach the prepaid return label included in your original shipment to the outside of your return box and drop it off at any UPS Shipping Center. If you've misplaced your return shipping label, please contact us and we will sort you out with a new one.
- Once your package has been received at Nixon, an email notification will be sent to you to confirm that we have your return. We'll follow up with another email once your refund has been processed.
- Note: Returns must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns will be processed within 5 business days.
Custom Watch Return
Nixon custom watches cannot be exchanged or refunded. Custom watches can be returned as a warranty claim, for defects in materials or workmanship, under the Mission Warranty Policy.
Gift With Purchase
If returning an item that qualified for a gift with purchase, you can either:
- Include the gift with your return.
- Keep the gift and you'll be charged its value.

Neck Circumference:
Measure around the base of your neck. Make sure to keep the measuring tape loose.
Chest Circumference:
With your arms relaxed at your side, measure around the fullest part of your chest (this is just below your armpit).
Sleeve Length:
With your arm slightly bent, measure from the center of your neck to your shoulder, and then down to your wrist.
